Another month has whizzed by at the Club, bring on October. This is one of my favourite times in Spain for golf. We have a busy calendar with our Los Naranjos interclub coming up. Agi will be sending out her email shortly. I love this one partly due to the food – gravadlax or delicious prawn salad!!
Tuesday we will be teeing off 1st from 9.00 winter times now apply. We have The Raider cup in a couple of weeks, where we will choose two teams with fourball match play on front nine and foursomes match play on back nine. 3 points to be won for your team. This was started by Debbie & David during their captaincy. We then have the Past Ladies Captains Day invitational, where I hope to see many past Captains and guests, with the Men on Sunday.

We had our away match against La Cañada, we were defeated but I know all us tried our best. Speaking to Agi, we know that next year, we need to win convincingly at home to stand a chance!!! The next interclub is against Los Naranjos which is coming up later in the month.
FINAL QUADRANGULAR OF 2024
Very proud Captains and team. Thank you to everyone over the year who has played in these four matches. It really is a combined effort and commitment from the members, that we were able to win the trophy back. The final quadrangular was held at Las Brisas. The course sadly was not in an ideal condition, due to saltwater problems. It still is a fabulous course to play and I’m sure they will find a solution.

We had a great turnout with 68 players. It proved to be a popular format on the day.

We didn’t have a huge response to teeing off early in July 2025, although the majority was a YES vote. I will discuss with Svetlana your future captain and we will make a final decision.
We are now in the process of finalising the new team outfits. Please contact the shop if you have not yet placed your order. The plan is to start in the new year when the interclub matches commence again.
